More protests planned
Several hundred Manchester United fans broke into Old Trafford on Sunday to protest against Manchester United’s owners the Glazer family.
Fans were seen on the Manchester United pitch with flares and footballs chanting in defiance to their beloved club’s bosses.
One of the protesters outside Manchester United stadium Old Trafford says the protest “isn’t just about the European Super League”, adding that the Glazer family, which has controlled the club since 2005, “need to go”.

The match between United and Liverpool which was set to take place just hours later was postponed due to security fears.
United’s next game is against Leicester City on the 12th of May and the rescheduled Liverpool match is yet to be decided.
However, reportedly no matter when it will take place both of these fixtures are being targeted by supporters for a follow-up of the scenes which was seen just days ago.
There has been no response as of yet to the protest from the owners specifically and it is this silence which has riled so many fans.
Some fans have even taken to social media in an attempt to organise further demonstrations.

Security to be increased
Knowing that further demonstrations are likely to occur it is said that further security is to be added to avoid a repeat of Sundays events.
The Daily Star says that supporters who broke into the ground are to be banned:
Club bosses have vowed to ban those raging supporters who ran riot outside the stadium as the protest against American owners the Glazers turned violent.
Video footage is being studied, while the Premier League have demanded answers from United, Greater Manchester Police and match organisers as to how the fiasco was allowed to happen.
The Premier League will want to avoid the possibility of further suspensions of fixtures with the heavy schedule leading up until the European Championships which start in a month’s time.
Manchester United are still involved in midweek fixtures relating to the Europa League which was the likely cause of the Liverpool match not being rearranged prior to Thursday.
