The agent of Stade Rennais star Eduardo Camavinga has been speaking to the media following his client’s recent links to Arsenal.

Camavinga impressing
Camavinga is one of the hottest young prospects in world football at the moment.
The Frenchman is not 19 until November, yet he is already an absolutely integral part of Rennes’ side.
Camavinga would feature 25 times in Ligue 1 last term, playing a key role in his side securing a Champions League berth.
And 2020/21 has so far seen the midfielder notch a further 33 league outings for Rennes.
Camavinga’s agent speaks out
His impressive form at such a young age has unsurprisingly seen some top clubs tipped to move for him, including both Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
Reports stemming from France this week, however, have now claimed that Arsenal are eyeing a move for the teenager.
Now, following his client’s links to Arsenal, Camavinga’s agent, Jonathan Barnett, has been speaking to the media.
Barnett did not name any specific club when discussing his client, but he did claim that they have had a lot of offers from top clubs for Camavinga:
“Believe me we have a lot of offers for this year, a lot of offers, and good ones. I mean top, top clubs
“He is good enough [to play for a Champions League club]. But we don’t want to rush anybody. I am an old man and I’ve learnt a lot of lessons in football as well. There is the right time to move on and playing games is the most important thing at his age.
“Playing in a good club is nice and learning for him. It might be this year he wants to have another year. He has got to talk to his family, his father. We will all sit down and decide. We will talk to Rennes as well and decide. There is no rush for him.
“He’s probably the best young player in the world. He has just turned 18, about three, four weeks ago. So he is younger than all the others. He has already been a French international, scored a goal for France, although he’s not a goalscorer.
“He’s an unbelievable talent. He could play in any team in the world. He is still going to be a great talent at 19. It’s not that old you know, 19.”
“We have a lot of offers for this year, a lot of offers, and good ones. Top, top clubs.”
