Man City hammer Everton
The final game-week of the Premier League campaign played out a short time ago.
Heading into the fixtures, the focus was very much on the Champions League and Europa League spots.
This came with Manchester City having already wrapped up their 5th league title in three years.
Despite having had nothing to play for on Sunday, though, Pep Guardiola fielded a strong side, which went on to tear Everton apart.
Goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Gabriel Jesus handed City a 2-0 lead heading into the break at the Etihad.

Sergio Aguero makes Premier League history vs Everton
Phil Foden, meanwhile, made it three, eight minutes after the interval.
Then, the moment all Sky Blues fans were hoping to see arrived, as Sergio Aguero was brought on for his final Premier League appearance, after it was of course confirmed that the Argentine will depart Manchester when his contract expires in the summer.
And Aguero went on to sign off at the Etihad in style, netting two goals in front of the City faithful:

Following his brace against Everton, in turn, it was confirmed that Aguero has set a Premier League record, by scoring the most goals for a single club in the division.
Wayne Rooney previously held the record, having netted 183 for Manchester United, but Aguero now has 184 for City:
