Emirates bound
The name of Seagulls standout White has of course taken centre stage in the media of late.
This comes with the English international, fresh off the back of a starring debut campaign in the Premier League, inching ever closer to a big-money transfer.
White’s predicted landing spot? Arsenal.
As per a host of reliable sources, Mikel Arteta has identified the 23-year-old as the ideal addition to his backline in North London, with White in line to form an exciting long-term partnership alongside Gabriel Magalhaes.
A deal worth up to £50 million, in turn, is in the offing between Arsenal and Brighton, with official confirmation likely to be forthcoming over the next couple of weeks.

Gunners’ offer
The sizable nature of the transfer fee involved, in turn, has understandably grabbed the majority of the headlines when it comes to White’s potential Emirates switch.
Conversely, though, one subject which has slipped largely under the radar has been the kind of personal terms likely to be on offer to the stopper.
But, as outlined above, on Saturday evening, an insight has been forthcoming into precisely that.
As per transfer journalist Duncan Castles, White, if an Arsenal switch is indeed to come to fruition this summer, is in line to earn around £120,000-per-week in the capital.
Significantly, it is also suggested that Mikel Arteta views the Brighton star as a future Gunners captain in the making:
