Arsenal away kit leaked online
A minor redeeming feature of the awful season that Arsenal fans have endured this year has been the merchandise released by kit supplier Adidas.
The release of the home, away and third kits for the 2020/21 season were met with a great response, and Adidas have continued to release kits that are far more attractive than the football being played, such as the 1990/92 home shirt, and the human race shirt, which featured “A collaboration between Pharrell Williams, Arsenal, and Adidas” according to the official description.
Heading into the 2021/22 season, it appears as if Adidas are once again onto a winner. Twitter user Craig Mathieson has got his hands on what appears to be the latest Arsenal away kit, which can be seen below.
Got my hands on the new arsenal away shirt for 21/22 ? love the cannon logo. Hopefully it’s not been released early to make up some funds for no European football ? @gunnerblog @arseblog pic.twitter.com/oxGzi8EsGU

Traditional Yellow and Blue:
The shirt is predominantly pale yellow, with a minimalised crest which features a cannon as opposed to the Arsenal logo that has been in place since 2002.
Following on once more from the iconic bruised banana kit that sold so popularly when reinvented for the 2019/20 season. The cannon logo is edged with gold, whilst sponsors Visit Rwanda and the main Emirates logo remain.
The traditional three Adidas stripes remain on the shoulder, coloured navy to match the club crest, whilst the sleeve edges also feature dark blue trim. A nod to Arsenal’s home kit is visible too, with royal red adorning the inside shirt collar and very edges of the sleeves.
Finally, Adidas have retained the circular collar, unlike the V-neck that featured on the 1990-92 Arsenal retro kit released earlier in the season.
Unlike previous kit supplier Puma, (who provided Arsenal kits from 2014-2019), the Adidas shirts tend to fit more loosely for those eager to get their hands on the latest beauty.
With no European football on offer for Arsenal next season, Arsenal fans will be looking for any small positives that they can find, and the kits on offer are unlikely to let them down.
Will the Kroenke Out protests affect kit sales?
Following the dismal failure to break away from the Premier League and join the European Super League, Arsenal fans have increased their protests over owner Stan Kroenke.
Whilst congregating fans in front of the Emirates Stadium will likely have little affect on the stance of KSE, failure to register strong financial returns could be something that would sway their decision to sell.
It remains unclear as to whether or not Arsenal fans will boycott the releases of the new kits, but if they were to do so, it could help their cause no end.
