The Olympic Games in Tokyo (Japan) are fast approaching. For the 2020 edition, postponed to 2021 (July 24 to August 8) due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Brazil has just unveiled, a few minutes after revealing Tite’s list for the World Cup qualifiers 2022, the list of 23 players selected by André Jardine to prepare, in June, for the Olympic tournament which will take place in the land of the rising sun.
To his delight, Bruno Guimarães (23 years old) has been called up and will therefore play the final preparations before the Olympic Games next summer, while Neymar (29 years old, PSG), who will play in the Copa America with Brazil from Titus and who had shown his willingness to participate in the Tokyo Olympics, will look at it from afar. Names well known to football fans like Reinier (19 years old), Rodrygo (20 years old), Gabriel Martinelli (19 years old), the former LOSC Lille player Gabriel Magalhães (23 years old) or the ex-Bordelais Malcom (24), who appears, with Guilherme Arana (24) and Luiz Felipe (24), among the three players over 23 by selection authorized to play in the Olympics, are also present in this list.
