England see off the Czech Republic
England drew their Euro 2020 group stage to a close on Tuesday evening.
The Three Lions faced off with the Czech Republic at Wembley who, ahead of kick-off, were above England in Group D due to goal difference.
However, England knew a win on Tuesday would see them secure top spot in the group.
And, when 90 minutes were up in the capital, a win was exactly what Gareth Southgate and co. managed.
England’s only goal of the tie came in the first half when Jack Grealish crossed it to Raheem Sterling who headed home his second of the tournament.

Who will England face in the last 16?
Said result saw England finish the group on seven points in 1st place, Croatia then secured 2nd spot, Czech Republic qualified as one of the best 3rd place teams and Scotland are now out after securing just one point in three games:

But who will England now face in the last 16?
Topping Group D means that England will play 2nd place from Group F next Tuesday at Wembley.
But 2nd place in Group F can still go to all four teams, all of which are in action on Wednesday night.
Germany will face Hungary whilst France take on Portugal in the final group outings of Euro 2020.
And, ahead of said games getting underway, it has been shown that England currently have the highest chance of facing Germany in the last 16, with that percentage currently standing at 41.7. England’s next likeliest opponent is France at 27 per cent then Portugal at 22.8 per cent and then Hungary at just 8.5 per cent.
