Umbro unveils new goalkeeper jerseys for three French clubs

Umbro kicks off the 2021-2022 season by putting the goalkeepers in the spotlight with the release of 6 new tunics specially designed for the last ramparts of the Stade de Reims, the En Avant Guingamp and the Stade Malherbe de Caen.

With the release of this unique collection, the double diamond brand confirms its desire to develop its lifestyle universe from football. Thirty years later, the brand with the double diamond has therefore decided to bring these jerseys up to date. There are 6 new goalkeeper jerseys with a collar and a “polo” type cut where the French tricolor flag stands out at the neckline.

Stade de Reims jerseys

Unicoloured, the Stade de Reims jerseys are synonymous with a relative sobriety specific to the values ​​of the club. These tunics are directly inspired by a reinterpretation of Jorges Campos’ jersey, incorporating Aztec elements and references such as the sun surrounding the club logo and the lightning in connection with the personification of the god Tlaloc, a mythical being dressed with splendor and wearing a multicolored feather headdress.

The Stade Malherbe de Caen jersey

Sullivan Péan and Rémy Riou will wear a swimsuit featuring an original artistic gold print on a black background. These two colors fit together perfectly and have been in vogue in the football world for a few years since we have seen FC Barcelona wear a black and gold away shirt this season.

The jerseys of En Avant Guingamp
