Speculation doing the rounds in the English media on Monday suggests that Nuno Espirito Santo is keen on luring a pair of key players from ex-club Wolves to Everton this summer.

Nuno incoming
Chatter surrounding the managerial position at Goodison Park has of course taken centre stage in the media of late.
This comes with Carlo Ancelotti, just 18 months on from his arrival on Merseyside, having opted to take his talents back to Madrid, following the departure of Zinedine Zidane.
In turn, a whole host of tacticians have been tipped as potential arrivals on the Everton bench, with the likes of Rafael Benitez, Eddie Howe and even former boss David Moyes amongst those linked.

Recent days, though, have seen a clear front-runner emerge in the Toffees’ managerial sweepstakes.
The individual in question? Nuno Espirito Santo.
In fact, as per a host of reliable sources, the Portuguese, who just last month brought an end to his impressive stint in charge of Wolves, is now just details away from being unveiled as the new Everton manager.

Wolves pair eyed
And, as outlined above, if the latest reports in the media on Monday are anything to go by, then Nuno is already eyeing potential additions to his soon-to-be squad at Goodison Park.
The identity of the players in question, however, will not go down at all well with his former employers at Molineux.
This comes with the Portuguese, according to Football Insider, keen to lure Wolves pair Conor Coady and Pedro Neto to Merseyside ahead of next season.
Everton are said to be in the market for both a reliable central defender and a winger capable of lining out on both flanks this summer.
In turn, it is suggested that Coady and Neto ‘are highly regarded by Nuno and seen as capable of improving an Everton side that failed to live up to expectations last season.’
