Muller, Gundogan not training
Germany has been dealt a blow as they go into their final group game against Hungary in which a win would see them progress to the last 16 on 6 points and with a chance of even finishing top of the group.
All three of Thomas Muller, Ilkay Gundogan and Lukas Klostermann failed to be involved with training ahead of the match on Wednesday.
DFB confirm that Mats Hummels, Thomas Müller, Ilkay Gündogan and Lukas Klostermann are not involved in today’s training sessions.

The news got worse for the Bayern Munich attacker as a knee injury has thrown into doubt participation in the round of 16 should Joachim Low’s side make it there.

Muller has been playing in a front 3 with Serge Gnabry and Kai Havertz. Germany have the option to bring in Leroy Sane, Timo Werner or Kevin Volland in his place.
Low says Hungary ‘park the bus’
Joachim Low was still keeping his expectations in a measured place after the 4-2 win over Portugal.
Hungary have shown to be industrious opponents holding Portugal at 0-0 until the final moments and earning a 1-1 draw wit France.
Low described their style as ‘parking the bus’ however.
“It doesn’t have anything to do with initiating something,” he said.
“It gives you some satisfaction but we never had any doubts after losing to the world champions, we knew we could do better.
“At a tournament you know how it goes, step by step. The next step will be Hungary, which will be hard as they park the bus in defence.”
It could be an opportunity though for Germany to again prove many doubters wrong.
Not much was expected of a Germany side that have struggled losing heavily to Spain and even North Macedonia in the last year.
