Pogba speculation continues
On the whole, Paul Pogba has enjoyed a fairly decent 2020/21 campaign thus far.
The Frenchman has had a couple of injury issues, which have seen him miss some games.
But when fit, for the most part, Pogba has been in decent form – with the midfielder having provided three assists in his last three Premier League starts.
Despite such exploits, though, agent Mino Raiola claimed back in December that his client was unhappy at Old Trafford, and that it was ‘over’ for him at Manchester United:
Mino Raiola: “Paul is unhappy with Man United as he is no longer able to express himself in the way that he would like and as he is expected to. Paul needs a new team, a change of air. He is under contract for the next 18 months and it will expire in the summer of 2022”. ? #MUFC

This has been followed in more recent times by Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, once again seemingly attempting to create speculation about his client potentially joining Real Madrid.
Pogba could be sold if no deal is signed
All of this, of course, comes with Pogba having just over a year left on his current deal, which runs until the summer of 2022.
And with the latest transfer window now coming up, it would probably make sense for Man United to move Pogba on now, rather than potentially losing him for free the following year on in a cut-price deal next January.
Now, it appears Manchester United are also taking a similar stance when it comes to Pogba’s future.
This comes with the Sun claiming that Pogba will be sold this summer if he refuses to commit to signing a new deal at Old Trafford.
It is, however, added that the Red Devils are still confident they can keep him, even though it will cost a fortune to do so.
