A fresh update on the fitness of Kieran Tierney has emerged ahead of Scotland’s clash with England.

England vs Scotland
England and Scotland are set to face off at Wembley on Friday, June 18th.
The meeting will mark the first time that the old rivals have gone head-to-head at a major tournament since all the way back at Euro 96, when the Three Lions came out on top with a 2-0 win.
England, after seeing off Croatia in their group opener – their first-ever opening day win at the European Championships – will no doubt be brimming with confidence ahead of Friday.
Should they beat Scotland, the nation’s spot atop Group D is all but guaranteed.
The Scots, on the other hand, marked their return to major tournament football with something of a whimper.
Steve Clarke’s side faced off with the Czech Republic, arguably their weakest opponent in Group D, and lost 2-0 following a brace from Patrik Schick.
The latest of Kieran Tierney ahead of England test
Ahead of Friday’s game, another update on Kieran Tierney has emerged on Wednesday.
The defender would miss the Czech Republic tie with what was described as a little niggle:
Kieran Tierney has a ‘little niggle’ according to Steve Clarke but should be back available for the England game on Friday.

However, that issue looks to have been serious enough to see the defender’s availability vs England cast into doubt.
As per the Glasgow Times, Tierney will miss training on Wednesday due to the calf issue that kept him out on Monday.
It is added that the defender remains a major doubt for the England game.
