Kamara would speak to ITV following the incident and detailed what had been said:
‘I feel like I need to tell my story’

Soucek speaks out
The controversy has not stopped there, however. When England played Romania in a friendly recently Nicolae Stanciu, who plays his club football for Slavia Prague, decided not to take the knee in support of Kudela:
“I did the same with Slavia, when I played against Arsenal in the quarterfinals of the Europa League.
“It seems normal to me, and I decided to make the gesture for my colleague from Slavia, for Kudela, who without any proof was suspended for 10 matches after the game against Rangers.
“Just like that because a team-mate of Kamara’s heard that word that I can’t say. I decided not to take the knee and I don’t think that’s the solution.”
Now, West Ham’s Tomas Soucek has had his say on the situation, sticking up for his international teammate Kudela, who is missing g Euro 2020 due to the ban:
“I found it absurd. I can’t imagine him saying anything racist. I see how sensitive the British are to racism every day. Two cultures collide because we think a little differently than they do.”
