While coach Kasper Hjulmand has just unveiled the list of 26 Danish players who will challenge Belgium, Finland and Russia in Group B, Hummel reveals the third shirt of Christian Eriksen and his teammates.
The Danish equipment manufacturer and the Rouge et Blanc have a long common history and this is in part what allowed Hummel to make a place for itself in the world of football, benefiting from the exploits of Michael Laudrup and Peter Schmeichel or another surprise victory at Euro 1992. The two acolytes separated in favor of adidas between 2004 and 2016 to better meet at the 2018 World Cup where Kasper Schmeichel and his partners were eliminated in the round of 16 .

For this Euro, Hummel makes a nod to its history with the Danish selection by taking inspiration from the design of the iconic jersey of the 1986 World Cup on this new tunic. On this red background, we find tone-on-tone stripes and a jersey divided into two vertical parts like 35 years ago. Diagonal stripes are on the right part of the jersey while vertical stripes are on the left. Two shades of red also stand out on the sleeves, while the OEM logos on the chevrons and the selection pennant are also red.
Socks and red shorts complete this outfit which is primarily intended for supporters since, unlike clubs, selections generally only use two shirts.
